About me

E0CE73C3-68EC-41BF-B8C8-BC7EF4729577.jpeg

I'm Sarah, a mum of a lovely little 3 year old girl and 6 year old boy, and I live in Oxfordshire with my husband Will.

I absolutely love working with mums! I believe it can be really hard to look after yourself when you're a mum. Many mums I know have found their health ends up at the bottom of the priority list after having children (I have found this myself!) and this can really affect how they feel.

Through my training in Nutritional Therapy I have found a way to balance my own health with that of my families so that I can feel my amazing and be the best mum I can be.

I love sharing my knowledge with other mums so they can feel their best too!

My mission is to help busy mums to get their energy back, optimise their metabolism, boost their confidence and prioritise their own health without burnout!

I also specialise in fertility nutrition and children's nutrition.

My background:

My interest in nutrition grew from seeing the benefits a healthy diet and lifestyle can have first hand after suffering from a chronic health condition in my early 20's, that resulted in me being on the waiting list for brain surgery. After feeling unhappy with the options I was given by traditional medicine I decided to explore alternative medicine and through diet, lifestyle and holistic therapies I was able to cancel the surgery and have been pain free ever since. This started a lifelong passion for nutrition which led to me leaving my career in the media and retraining as a Nutritional Therapist.

I trained at the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition and am BANT and CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist. I have undertaken postgraduate courses in children's health and a 12-month fertility mentorship programme with the Functional Nutrition Centre, enabling me to ensure that I have up to date qualifications and knowledge to help my clients.
