About Sarah Morris Registered Nutritional Therapist — DipION, mBANT, mCNHC

I’m Sarah, a Registered Nutritional Therapist based in Oxfordshire, where I live with my husband and our two children.

My passion for nutrition began during my university years, when I was diagnosed with ADHD, dyspraxia, and dyslexia. Learning that my brain worked differently sparked a deep curiosity about how food and lifestyle choices affect focus, mood, and overall wellbeing. Experiencing first-hand the positive impact of a balanced diet inspired me to help others explore the same connection.

That passion grew even stronger when one of my children developed chronic gut issues and was later diagnosed with ADHD. This personal journey led me to specialise in children’s nutrition — particularly in supporting families managing ADHD and digestive health challenges.

I trained at the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition and am a fully registered member of BANT and the CNHC. I’ve completed postgraduate training in children’s health and neurodiversity, cancer nutrition, and fertility nutrition.

I love working with families because I understand how challenging it can be to raise healthy, happy children amid today’s confusing messages about food and wellbeing. My goal is to remove the overwhelm, simplify nutrition, and empower parents to create confident, healthy little eaters.
