About me

E0CE73C3-68EC-41BF-B8C8-BC7EF4729577.jpeg

I'm Sarah, a mum of a lovely little 3 year old girl and 6 year old boy, and I live in Oxfordshire with my husband Will.

My interest in nutrition grew from seeing the benefits a healthy diet and lifestyle can have first hand after suffering from a chronic health condition in my early 20's, that resulted in me being on the waiting list for brain surgery. After feeling unhappy with the options I was given by traditional medicine I decided to explore alternative medicine and through diet, lifestyle and holistic therapies I was able to cancel the surgery and have been pain free ever since. This started a lifelong passion for nutrition which led to me leaving my career in the media and retraining as a Nutritional Therapist.

I trained at the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition and am BANT and CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist. I have undertaken postgraduate courses in cancer, children's health and fertility nutrition, enabling me to ensure that I have up to date qualifications and knowledge to help my clients.

I love working with families as I know first hand how difficult it can be to raise healthy children with all the overwhelming messages about health and change in the foods available for families. I aim to remove the noise and confusion for parents and to help create healthy happy little eaters.
