A golden latte or otherwise known as a turmeric latte are a wonderful option for when you want something more indulgent and comforting that a tea or coffee. They are warm, delicately spiced and a little sweet, the perfect pick me up for an afternoon. They are also filled with health benefits which make them even better!

Made with turmeric, ginger and cinnamon it is anti inflammatory and full of antioxidants, this can help reduce inflammation, boost immune health, help improve memory and brain function and mood.
Quite impressive for a drink that takes 5 minutes to make!
To make it extra health sprinkle some ground black pepper in, just a dash, this might sound strange but the black pepper can increase the absorption of curcumin the active compound in turmeric.
Recipe:
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp of honey (you can add more or less depending on your preference)
300ml of plant based milk
Method:
Mix the spices and honey into a paste with a dash of milk (I use oat but you can you any you prefer), top with hot milk, stir until the paste has dissolved and enjoy!
