Nutrition Support for Children with ADHD

Helping your child feel calmer, more focused and thrive naturally

Why Nutritional Therapy

An ADHD brain is often creative and full of potential, but underlying imbalances can make it harder for your child to thrive.  You may notice challenges like poor focus, big emotions, sleep issues, low energy or digestive problems, which can feel overwhelming.

This programme takes a gentle, natural approach by addressing root causes such as gut health, nutrient deficiencies and blood sugar balance.  I work with your family to create simple, sustainable diet and lifestyle changes, alongside personalised supplements and optional child-friendly testing to support your child.

ADHD Nutrition Package

  • A comprehensive 12-week programme designed to support your child’s health, including fortnightly consultations, and an in-depth review of their health history, diet and lifestyle.

  • You’ll receive tailored health plans at each stage, with clear, practical guidance, personalised supplement plans and support along the way via a private messaging system to keep in touch between consultations.

  • Optional functional testing is available, along with a detailed review of results to further personalise your child’s plan.

Package cost:

£275 per month for 3 months

The package includes

1

12 week programme

We begin with a 75-minute initial consultation, including a detailed assessment of your child’s health history, diet, lifestyle and current challenges. This is followed by fortnightly 50-minute consultations to track progress and refine your child’s plan.

You’ll receive a personalised, evolving health plan with clear, practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance, plus ongoing support via a dedicated app—so you always feel supported between sessions.

2

Support throughout

You’re supported every step of the way.

Alongside your consultations, you’ll have access to direct messaging support for questions between sessions, plus regular plan reviews to ensure your child continues to progress.

You’ll also receive:

  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance

  • Test analysis (if completed)

  • Personalised supplement recommendations

So you can feel confident supporting your child with clarity and ease.

3

Optional supplements & testing

I may recommend personalised supplements, and/or non-invasive functional testing to gain deeper insight into your child’s health.

This may include:

  • Organic acid testing

  • Nutrient and mineral status

  • Food sensitivities

  • Gut health & microbiome testing

These tests provide valuable, personalised insights, allowing us to move beyond guesswork and create a more targeted plan. Testing is always optional.

Sarah has supported my 8 year old who struggled with anger and focus issues at school. The changes in my son are incredible and without Sarah’s help we wouldn’t be in the happy place we are now. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone thinking of working with her, it’s an investment you will not regret.

Please note: Nutritional Therapy is not a replacement for ADHD diagnosis or medication. Nutritional Therapy works along side medical care, to address nutritional and functional imbalances that may be contributing to or worsening symptoms. Many children benefit from both medication and personalised nutritional support.
